no i really do see the errors of my ways my grandma died i crashed out and drank too much which is so pathetic
no but really i see the error in my ways i am complaining about old people and like then i get in this trade that does 4x but i accidently click sell it was on IBKR the desktop and i was doing things and i was so fucking hungover at work and like couldnt concetrate just irritated then i saw a neville goddard tweet and im like
i need to quit nicotine and booze and i need to go on walks and get back to reading like what am i doing ya know
tomorrow i have a class with some babe from austin to help me build email list and i need to just work harder and do better im sort of in a rut but that is like the world now you can print money its just tough gotta have the right attitude and just be innit and yea that SPX contract went again me but
i can so fix this i just need to get some cash together and consistently br writing sending emails and i need to do more cold emails and like trading you cant force but emails you sure as hell can just got another email warmed up did all the work for it
anyways tho what i mean to say is lighten up. if your drinking too much like me just go cold turkey deal with the anxiety and just get over it

the other thing with trading i am doing wrong but fixing like i said im giving my self anxiety from alcohol and you need to be a patient cold killer and jsut watch shit all the time man - but that was a 1000$ trade just there - for the taking just accidently sold but like i said being to anxious and like fat fingered and fucking drunk day after drunk staying up all the time
thats what i mean sure i mak an extra couple of bucks how i was doing it but it is not real ass tradiner and im gonna start posting some serious bangers here inshallah
